When I teach Personal Finance to high schoolers, I constantly hear adults say, “I wish I had this when I was in school.”Even my students would ask, “Why don’t you help grown-ups like our parents?” That question stuck with me.

So here I am—taking the same clear, practical lessons I’ve taught to hundreds of teens and bringing them to you. Whether you’re a young adult, a parent, or just someone ready to stop guessing about money, you deserve advice that actually makes sense.

I’ve seen firsthand how understanding money can change lives. My mission is simple: to make personal finance less intimidating and way more empowering.

About Me

Hi, I’m Shamael Chaudhary—a high school personal finance and history teacher in Columbus, Ohio, and now a financial coach dedicated to helping individuals take control of their money and build a better future. I also coach high school baseball, combining my love for mentorship and sports.

Before becoming an educator, I owned several gas stations and learned firsthand the challenges and rewards of managing finances and running a business. While that path taught me a lot, I eventually followed my passion for teaching, and it’s been one of the most fulfilling decisions of my life.

This website is an extension of that journey. As a financial coach, I aim to empower people with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to take charge of their personal finances. I believe financial literacy should be accessible to everyone.

In my free time, you can usually find me watching sports, golfing, or spending time with friends and family.
